Train vandals make serious losts braking glass. Here is one of the sample of their black work.
In one incident, an historic stained glass window at the Priory was smashed, possibly with a house brick, causing at least £840 damage. The window, based on a painting by Raphael in the Vatican, was made in 1865 and installed in the Priory later that year. This was the third case of vandalism at the Priory since September and concern is growing about the number of youths congregating outside. Mr Whiteside said: "We get lots of trouble in the evenings but this was in the afternoon. "We’ve now got problems on the south side of the building. Parties are taking place late at night in Vicarage Field." Meanwhile, vandals thought to be aged just 10 have caused around £50,000 damage to carriages from the Hogwarts Express train which has appeared in the Harry Potter films. Stone Throwing
'Stoning' trains has serious consequences. At high speeds even a small stone thrown at a window can kill just like a bullet from a gun. Imagine the fear a driver goes through when a stone smashes through his windscreen. The potential for injury, blinding or death. Imagine if you were sitting on a train and a stone came smashing through your window. It might hit you at a combined speed of 100mph or more, or if you're slightly luckier you might get away with being cut or blinded by glass. Vandals causing danger to trains & lives can receive imprisonment. Specially created ANTI.TRAIN.VANDAL.LDZ window film prevents this losts and save money! |
